System::ComponentModel::CancelEventArgs Class Reference

Arguments of cancellable event. Objects of this class should only be allocated using System::MakeObject() function. Never create instance of this type on stack or using operator new, as it will result in runtime errors and/or assertion faults. Always wrap this class into System::SmartPtr pointer and use this pointer to pass it to functions as argument. More...

Inherits System::EventArgs.

Inherited by System::ComponentModel::DoWorkEventArgs, and System::Drawing::Printing::PrintEventArgs.

Constructor & Destructor Documentation

◆ CancelEventArgs() [1/2]

System::ComponentModel::CancelEventArgs::CancelEventArgs ( bool  cancel)
inline

Constructor.

Parameters
cancelCancel property value.

◆ CancelEventArgs() [2/2]

System::ComponentModel::CancelEventArgs::CancelEventArgs ( )
inline

Constructor; sets Cancel property to false.

Member Function Documentation

◆ get_Cancel()

bool System::ComponentModel::CancelEventArgs::get_Cancel ( )
inline

Gets value indicating whether the event should be cancelled.

Returns
True if event should be cancelled, false otherwise.

◆ set_Cancel()

void System::ComponentModel::CancelEventArgs::set_Cancel ( bool  cancel)
inline

Sets value indicating whether the event should be cancelled.

Parameters
cancelIf true, the event should be cancelled, if false, it should not.
